Corporate Sponsorship Committee

Our mission is to engage with local biotechs, technology companies, research organizations and service providers to provide them with an opportunity to support women in our scientific community. Our funding received through sponsorship directly supports AWIS-SD events and scholarships which are essential for AWIS-SD to continue supporting local women in STEM.

Future Goals:

• Members will continue building relationships with executives in local scientifically-oriented companies, research institutes and service providers (from startups to large corporations!) in both public and private sectors. 
• Demonstrate gratitude for financial support by ensuring that our sponsors receive the benefit of publicity and exposure to the local scientific community.
