Creating Powerful Leadership Skills

Leadership skills are what takes our career to the next level! This Strategy Session will focus on how women can develop their own leadership style, effective and productive. 

We are delighted to present our special guest speaker for the December 2017 Strategy Session, Grace Nakayama, PhD, PMP, past-president of AWIS-SD! In addition to providing inspirational leadership to the members of AWIS-SD for many years, she is also a skilled program manager specializing in the research and development of pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, as well as STEM education and career initiatives.
 
In this year's final Strategy Session, Grace will be sharing with us her best practices for "Creating Powerful Leadership Skills" including how to build and lead high performing teams to steer projects towards success.

Networking – 6:00 pm, Workshop – 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
